Today, officers from the #ValleyBeatTeam had the pleasure of attending the Worthington Primary School Summer Fayre.

While some may see this as a bit of a jolly, events like these are an important part of neighbourhood policing. By engaging with our communities, we build strong relationships, gain a better understanding of local concerns, and strengthen the trust that helps us police more effectively.

This evening, I'm back on a late shift and will be out on proactive patrols after dark, focusing on issues such as street racing in Castle Donington.

While problems like these aren't solved overnight, every patrol, every conversation, and every bit of engagement contributes towards making our communities safer for everyone.
